About me

Pronouns: she/her

I am interested in work that is joyful, wacky, and political and I believe that all art has a responsibility to advance justice. I am a strong advocate for non-hierarchical working practices and I am especially interested in global majority and migrant stories. I am a teacher and a facilitator and working with young people and within communities is vital to my work. I have my MA in Theatre Directing from Royal Holloway, University of London where I studied with Katie Mitchell, author of The Director's Craft, and my BFA in Musical Theatre from the University of Utah. I am part of the Higher Education faculty at Shakespeare’s Globe and am the Creative Engagement Coordinator with Complicité.
